Converted auditorium

Space for all occasions

Our newly converted auditorium is now an impressive and versatile KWS studio. The first successful streaming events show what is now possible there.

At the beginning of the year, we began converting the auditorium with the aim of creating a multifunctional space. It is now used not only as a film and streaming studio, but is also the largest meeting room at KWS in Einbeck. The studio technology is discreetly integrated so that the room can continue to be used purely as a meeting room without any problems. The auditorium also houses our newly designed Visitor Experience, which presents the development of KWS on a story wall.

Main changes

LED wall

An LED wall measuring more than 11 square meters has been installed to replace the old projector. A small stage with up to six visually appealing lecterns ensures a harmonious image, making the room ideal for presentations and streaming events.

Studio technology

The auditorium now has state-of-the-art technology for live and streaming events. Mixing consoles, monitors and other equipment are installed in mobile workstations that are quickly ready for use as and when required. Our partner Krümmel Event from Einbeck is responsible for ensuring professional control of the technology.

Simple room control

The lighting, shading and ventilation are now very easy to operate. It was important for us to make it very simple for all employees to control the room technology.

Modern room design

The room has neutral colors, with a fresh shade of KWS green in the stage background, which loosens up the overall appearance and matches our brand image.

The room can be booked as usual using Outlook – and by all KWS employees who need space in Einbeck for live events and large meetings. For live events that require cameras and the like, requests must be submitted (sufficiently in advance) to info@kruemmel-event.de. To ensure that all your needs such as seating, microphones etc., are addressed, a request for a caretaker should always be created using the Visit system when booking the room.
