Just what does “diversity” mean? What is our stance on it? And what is the situation regarding diversity at KWS? A team addressed those questions as part of the International Development Program (IDP). The participant Bibiana Espinosa-Garcia sums up one of the main findings of the diversity report: “If you bring together people with different backgrounds and outlooks, you get more holistic analyses and solutions.” Another, Lucas Vogt, adds: “The results diverse teams produce are more resilient, deeper, sounder and more creative.” Diversity therefore delivers tangible benefits for all employees.
