Whether in sales, consulting or product management, Train the Trainer is suitable for many areas and tasks. The various modules prepare you ideally for wherever information is communicated to colleagues or customers.
Train the Trainer relates not just to the transfer of knowledge, but also imparts a feeling for how you can individually shape your own role as a trainer and learning environments. At the same time, the training shows how aids can be used in a targeted manner.
Theory meets practice
A balanced combination of theory and practice helps you find a personal approach, because each and every one of us organizes our own team differently. The aim is to make training courses varied and informative for others and to tailor the learning content precisely to the target group. Special challenges, whether in a team or with individuals, and the establishment of a culture of trust in our daily interactions are also a focus.

Registration
Anyone who finds Train the Trainer interesting and suitable for them can register now. You can choose between the long version, with four modules spread over a year, or the short version, with two modules in up to two months. The former goes into communication and questioning techniques in greater depth and gives you more scope to develop and adapt your own training sequences. The short version offers all the content in a compact format, but likewise allows you to try things out.
