Networking is often confined to forging new contacts outside your own company. We want to change that together: Mystery Coffee is an opportunity to get acquainted with colleagues over a coffee and expand your own network within the company. It’s a great chance to find out what other departments are currently working on, to learn what topics they are dealing with and to get to know new faces – worldwide.

Register and get going

To register, simply go to the Mystery Coffee website and log in with Okta SSO by clicking on the “Continue with KWS” button. Then select your own department, interests, the languages you speak and the matching cycle – every two, four, six or eight weeks – and off you go.

You can optionally enter additional information in your profile to help you find matches. Here you can see all current and previous matches and can also take a break from the network if needs be. Note: Matching is carried out on Mondays. If no new matches are displayed, this may be because you registered with Mystery Coffee after the last matching session.

Arrange a meeting

Mystery Coffee suggests a match with a person with whom a meeting of between 15 and 30 minutes can be arranged – virtually or in person. One person is always the organizer and is sent an e-mail containing further information – a role that changes regularly. Of course, you can decide for each match whether you want to send an invitation to a meeting or accept an invitation you receive. Mystery Coffee aims to help you move through the world of KWS with an even more open perspective and get to know each other better. However, there is nothing obligatory about it.
