In remembrance of Anatoliy Kleshchuk
Our colleague Anatoliy Kleshchuk was killed in action defending Ukraine at the beginning of the year. Born and raised in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Anatoliy Kleshchuk left us far too soon in February 2024.
Anatoliy Kleshchuk graduated from the Podilsky State Agrarian Technical University in 2008. He started his career at KWS Ukraine as a laborer, but his expertise and passion for repairing and maintaining machines meant he was soon promoted to mechanic. From 2018, he worked in this position at the Kamianets-Podilskyi location, where he was respected for his calm nature and friendliness.
Anatoliy Kleshchuk was called up in February 2022 and spent almost the entire time on active duty on the front line. We will always remember his determination and sacrifice for his country.
Anatoliy Kleshchuk is survived by his mother and a brother. Our thoughts and sympathy are with his family in these difficult times. |

In remembrance of Hans-Jürgen Franke
Our colleague Hans-Jürgen Franke passed away unexpectedly at the age of 65 on February 15, 2024.
Hans-Jürgen Franke was a member of the Financial Management and Treasury unit at the Global Transaction Center (GTC) since March 1, 2020, and had worked for our companies in Ukraine, Switzerland and some of our German ones, among others. Thanks to his many years of professional experience in banking and other treasury departments, he was always on hand to answer questions from his team. He enjoyed working in an international environment and always remained calm, collected and friendly, even in hectic situations.
Although he was already planning to retire in August, he wanted to take on a new challenge and supported KWS Suisse in implementing S4/HANA for the GTC Treasury.
We have lost a magnificent colleague. Our thoughts are with his wife and daughter as they and we say farewell. |
