How can we become an even better employer?

Our vision “Seeding the future for generations” encapsulates the core values of KWS not only for our customers, but also for all our employees. Together, we are shaping a sustainable future with foresight, staying close to generations of farmers and, as an independent family business, we are a trustworthy and reliable partner.

More than 5,300 colleagues worldwide help realize this vision with great commitment in their daily work. It is therefore important to us for all employees to feel at home at KWS permanently.

In order to gain an even better understanding of how we can organize working conditions at KWS as best possible in the future, too, and what our focus in that has to be, we will ask all employees for their views in the Employee Engagement Survey at the end of the fiscal year. We will use the hashtag #YouMatterAtKWS for that in our communications.

The survey also feeds into our Sustainability Initiative 2030 – because it allows us to generate measurable data and further strengthen our employees’ loyalty to KWS in a targeted manner.

The survey itself will be conducted on behalf of KWS by an external provider who will treat the responses confidentially and only pass on anonymized results to KWS. That ensures that the answers cannot be traced back to individual persons.

We will provide detailed information on how to participate in good time before the start of the survey and also inform you about how the results will be used.
