“Every visit inspired me”

Dear Colleagues,

As some of you may already have seen on our intranet, I have been on a special trip around the KWS globe in recent months. The desire to meet and talk to as many colleagues as possible, to provide insights into the history of our company and, of course, to present our “Vision & Mission” took me to 19 different locations between May and August 2023.

Looking back on the tour, I’m still overwhelmed by all the impressions – the hospitality, the activities and success stories I heard, the personal commitment of each one of you, and the chance to experience our values and culture at first hand. Every visit inspired me and I returned to Einbeck with my head full of ideas.

My trip made me aware once more of the enthusiasm and dedication of colleagues from all areas of our company in a wide range of diverse countries. I firmly believe that we will still achieve a lot more together. As I learned during my visit to Argentina:
